1pm prompt, we would like to get everyone in and to their seats, ready for Lilly arrival at 1.15pm

Yes, enter the school gates there is a car park to your left, there is further parking to your right, just behind the school building,

Disabled parking is straight in front of you as you arrive, this is LIMITED, we have a number of guests in Wheelchairs and Mobility issues, please do not use these spaces, unless absolutely required. Thank you

We will be serving Sandwiches, Cake, Tea and Coffee, there will be vegetarian options.  We are unable to provide other dietary options, please feel free to bring something along if you have dietary sensitivity.

Please bring your own drinks other than above.

Yes, due to the number of guests and new hall, we have a seating plan.  Please find your name below.  The names of the tables will become clear through the afternoon.  Seating is mainly for the food, remember moving and chatting to other tables is encouraged.

Don't worry if we do not have you listed, there have been various lists and RSVPs etc. flying around, there is enough room on the day, you may just be sitting with new friends.  Drop me a message.

There will be a table where you can leave any cards etc Lilly is adamant she didn't want people to worry about gifts.   BUT we have a collection to go towards her celebration and something nice for her garden. If you wish to contribute, there will be a card for signing with everything on the table.  (this is optional and not expected)

A PARTY! -  plenty of handbag dancing through the decades, lots of photos, smiles a few tears (happy ones we hope!) a fun afternoon. maybe a couple of Linedances of course.  Get your party outfit ready.

** ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING on School grounds, if you need to smoke you MUST be outside the entry gates.

** COMMUNITY NOISE - neighbours of the School are noise sensitive so we will be keeping doors shut throughout the afternoon

** PARKING - Please be respectful when parking, there are plenty of spaces as long as we all park with others in mind.
